About me

Hi, I’m Jules!

I am a freelance catalyst for change. I help identify and dissolve perceived barriers and assumptions preventing people from activating their potential.

Along with my passion for personal development, psychology, sociology, coaching, feminine power, menstruality consciousness, and mindfulness, I am a fun-loving, motorbiking, nature-loving, druid-yogini-reiki practitioner, and grateful mother of two awesome humans.

I love connecting with people via the dying art of face-to-face conversation, with a firm belief that strangers are just friends we have not met yet.

In 2020, I attained a First Class BA Honours degree in Social Studies at Warwick University. 2021 involved me gaining MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

I believe in the importance of nurturing a healthy body and mind through exercise, food, spirituality and psychology. I endeavour to walk my talk by embodying the power of Lovingkindness (towards myself and others) and engaging in effective, compassionate communication to help usher more peace and love into the world.

This platform was created so I can share all the lovely stuff I learn on my academic and life journey, as it is my hope to invite as many people as possible to effect positive change and live more fulfilling, meaningful and magical lives.

My role is to support you in transforming your life so you can flourish in alignment with your authentic, awesome self.

Namaste and Bright Blessings xXx
